RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with the law on electronic commerce, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his/her own professional activity, i.e. who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form to New Works Webtech Srl), he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following point. To exercise this right, the Customer must send New Works Webtech Srl a written notice to this effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by letter addressed to:

or by email to customercare@shop.fantic.com always sent within the above-mentioned term of 14 days. Once the above-mentioned withdrawal notice has been received, New Works Webtech Srl Customer Service will quickly inform the Customer of the return authorization number and instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by New Works Webtech Srl within 14 days from the authorization. The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

  • the right is applied to the purchased product in its integrity;
  • the purchased goods must be intact and be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.);
  • the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases;
  • shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the Customer. In the event of returns from non-EU countries, all costs relating to transport, customs clearance and VAT are at the expense of the consumer;
  • the shipment is under the full responsibility of the Customer until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, New Works Webtech Srl will inform the Customer of what has happened (within the 5th day from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him/her to file a complaint against the courier chosen by him/her and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal; New Works Webtech Srl shall not be held liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival (in the warehouse), the product shall be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
If the packaging and/or original packing are damaged, New Works Webtech Srl will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case no more than 10% of it, as a contribution to repair costs. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, New Works Webtech Srl will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of return of the goods. The refund operation will be carried out by New Works Webtech Srl by re-crediting the amount due, which will be paid to the credit card or Paypal account specified at the time the order was placed or by bank transfer to the current account that the customer will communicate, depending on the payment method used when placing the order. The right of withdrawal expires totally, due to lack of the essential integrity condition of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where New Works Webtech Srl ascertains:

  • the lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.);
  • damage to the product for reasons other than transport.

In the event of cancellation of the right of withdrawal, New Works Webtech Srl shall return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the sender for the shipping costs. Any complaints must be addressed to:
